a must read for everybody who wants to lose weight in a healthy way.
It is always best to lose weight in a very healthy way. It’s not about starving yourself and/ or eating the wrong food just to make you look thinner. It has to come from within and it has to have a long term effect on you. I think Dash Diet is really one of the best ways to do this.This book has everything you need to know about Dash Diet. It has a comprehensive set of chapters that are easy to understand and to follow. It takes off from explaining what Dash diet is and why it was created. This way, I tend to fully commit myself to this diet because I know its foundation and what benefits I will be getting from it. Aside from tons of tips, my favorite part, the meal plan and different recipes, are found at the end of the book. Food ideas are always great when a diet is introduced!

life saving and enjoyable
I purchased this book and read it in less than one hour, it is easy to read and understand. There are delicious sounding recipes at the end which I will be referring to as I begin this journey! This book is written as if a freind is talking to you, not dry and hard to swallow! I recommend this book if you are embarking on a cruise to a helathier lifestyle of eating, or if your doctor recommends you change the eating habits you've always had. Small changes add up to huge rewards! I have bought several other books from this author and enjoy her style of writing, she makes you feel cared for as if you are in her circle of friends! Well done, Gina, and I thank you for this valuable information that I would've had to spend hours researching for myself!

This book is very helpful in getting started on a healthful eating plan. Quick read for a simple and easy to follow guide to explain the importance of food choices in improving all areas of good health. The recipes are simple and straightforward.

Dash Diet to manage high blood pressure
The author does an incredible job describing the Dash diet and its characteristics and why the DASH diet is so useful. It is not simply another diet but more a food strategy recommended by The Mayo Clinic, The American Heart Association, The American College of Cardiology and so on. The book is easy to understand, really informative and helpful. I highly recommend this book for anyone with high blood pressure and who wants to slim down or simply to have an healthy body and way of living. I really enjoy the seven-day meal plan making it easy to begin the Dash diet step-by-step.

And so this dash diet was discovered and proven effective for lowering and reducing risk for having such conditions. And this guide has a step by step guide that is easy to follow the correct dash diet to follow. And I learned from this guide the how to cook fruits and vegetables on how to obtain the most important nutrients from them. This is very informational diet guide.
