Good Product
Good sturdy brackets. I would suggest that you order this prior to building your doors. If you have a pair of doors sliding towards each other on the same rail, and want a stop in between them, you have to allow a certain amount of space between the inside hangers in each door. Make sure that your doors have a spot to mount the hangers about 4” in from the edge.

Nice product
Sliding barn door hardware is durable and well buit. Would have liked one continuous bar, but the 3 piece bar works just fine. I used this kit on a greenhouse with the hardware on the inside so I would have the doors recessed in.

Not manufactured based on 16" center standards.
They did the trick but the only 2 holes that will match 16" centers are the first 2 holes... if you are lucky... i just drilled additional holes in mine to align with studs, made a backer board to protect the sheetrock, then filled the holes that would have been in plane sheetrock with a standard bolt and nut(only secured to the metal track)... painted them and all is well.

worked great for our glass french doors!
Living room dividing doors, worked great.

Good product for the money
The only issue I had were the mounting lag bolts, I used a 1x4 header board to mount too. The bolts were 3.5 inches which would probably be sufficient if no header was used, otherwise overall great product

Missing parts
Excellent product, easy to follow instructions, sturdy and nice looking. However, I bought this product used from Amazon with the promise from Amazon that all pieces were there. They were not. Package was missing 4 of the bolts that are absolutely necessary to put the product together:(.

Just an Okay item. Not exceptional.I will DIY next time
This item is “okay”. It wasn’t easy to install because the holes didn’t line up with the studs consistently. Pretty important when hanging heavy doors. We wound up marking & drilling our own holes. Also, it doesn’t open/close smoothly since the rail comes in pieces. So you do have little hesitations when sliding the doors due to the seams on the rail.Honestly, if you can source your own rail you’d be better off buying it in one piece. Since you have to drill your own holes into the rail anyway. Of course you could buy a big piece of wood to go under it but that wouldn’t be functional with the supplies hardware. You would need longer bolts.
