I use earbuds everyday while at work. This is the second pair I have tried and I have been using these earbuds for a few days now. They are a great product. No major complaints. The sound quality is better than most products at similar pricing. The charging capacity of the case means in an 8 hr day I never needed to plug them into a wall. I would highly recommend this product for anyone that is looking for a lightweight, dependable earbud, with good sound quality.PROS--Extremely lightweight. No strain on the ear. Almost forget they are there.--High end sound quality. Great quality compared to similar items in the price range.--Long battery life. With charging case, last well past 8 hrs.--Easy Bluetooth set up.--Sound dampening. Used while mowing lawn and at work.--Pause/Play on the earpiece. Very useful having the controls at the ear.I have no major complaints about this product. My only issues are very minor.--Difficulty using one earbud at a time. Maybe just me, or my newness to the product, but I had trouble using only one ear at a time.--Ear piece controls are touch sensitive. Not actual button. Sometimes I would press Play, and since there is no haptic response I would push too hard or too soft. Minor gripe.

Ok, I admit it - I have small ears!!! No seriously, finding a pair of earphones has been a challenge for years and I had tried dozens of different ones, including AirPods and their likes. My biggest problem is that they fall out - I can't walk or turn my head without trying to catch an earpiece that is about to fall out. I tried all the different accessories like those silicon "hooks" that you slide over to hold the units in place. Those are OK, but you need to remove them, every time you need to put the earphones back in their charger.Now back to this product - skeptical as I am, I opened the package and after a short charge tried to wear them - they fit snugly our of the box! I didn't even had to change the tips to a different size (there are 6 (!!!) pairs to play with). Shook my head and they were still in, no movement whatsoever. Keep in mind that they are light weighted, so they stay in place.The pairing process was a snap! Pick them up - they go into pairing mode immediately, no tapping, holding the buttons or doing other manipulations, just search in the BT menu on the phone and connect! that's it! less than a minute!Controls are great - I mean I tried other True Wireless units before, what upset me the most with those is that every time I would try to adjust the unit in my ear, it would think that I am tapping on it and perform some unneeded action! not with those units - I can turn them all day long and their design won't misinterpret any tapping as a command.Speaking about tapping - easy to use left tap/right tap, very intuitive. I don't like the Volume control with the longer tap that might get occasionally confused with request for Siri interaction (there's a beep sound, when Siri needs to be activated), but that doesn't bother me, as I prefer to adjust the volume directly on the phone.Sound quality is superb! I usually listen with full blown over the ear headset to get a rich sounds, but with those earphones, I could listen to my music, even in a loud environment and still have a good sound quality without the need to carry a huge case with regular headphones.Battery time is standard - about 3 hours of active listening with a full charge, but you will benefit from quick recharge time, where 20 minutes in the charger will give you about an hour of active listening time - that's a very good ratio.....bonus - don't forget that the charger case can also be used as an extra battery for your phone (2200 mAh)!

Left side stopped working at full volume after 2-3 uses, to the point where I have to slide my phones balance almost all the way to the left, meaning I never get to use them at more than half volume if I want an inkling of balance. Even while working, these earbuds had difficulty connecting to each other the first two uses - I doubt that’s a defect, seemed like the Bluetooth is just poor quality. I’m returning them for a new pair, I’d give 3 stars for a pair that works this time, but I’m not hopeful- avoid this likely scam/ripoff company if you’re looking for something different than AirPods.

I am sometimes skeptical when buying brands I am not familiar with, but this brand surprised me! Packaging is nice, comes with a carrying bag, charging cable and different molds to fit your ears. They seem fairly comfortable after finding the right molds.The earbuds paired right up to my phone no problem. As an audio engineer I was surprised how clear and balanced the audio response is. Treble and bass response is pretty flat, in a good way!Bonus! The unit came with a card that allows you to sign up as a VIP member and receive 30% of my next order. Definitely curious about what other products are available from this company.

I bought these based upon the reviews and I was disappointed with this purchase. I previously purchased a different brand of Bluetooth headphones so I had a baseline to judge these. The sound quality of these headphones are terrible. I listened to several different genres at different levels and there was no punch for the base and the treble was poor quality as well. I listened to the same songs using other wireless headphones and wired headphones and the quality was what I prefer. The headphones fit well but the noice cancellation was poor quality as well. Ive returned these headphones for these reasons. I didn’t test the battery life so I can’t speak to that.
