Works well for our upstairs use
We have a 2 story home, the built in central vac works well, but dragging the 35’ hose upstairs was bothersome. So we bought this extra hose, stored under a bed. Very convenient.

The actual product is nice. I wish it were a bit easier to roll up but thats ok. The hose fits nicely with the OVO attachments.I had a minor defect in the hose that was likely caused by Amazon. I interacted with the OVO customer associates and I am sure they got frustrated with me! They were very polite to me in all communications. They let me know that once sold through Amazon, they were unable to provide any to return any money. The company did honor the warranty and sent me a new hose. Very good customer service.

Great distance
This reaches to the furthest corners of the house. Before I needed a small upright to get those areas.

Good value for the price, but not as flexible as the more expensive hoses.
A good replacement hose, particularly if you need that extra 5' of length. It is a bit stiffer than the higher priced hoses, which makes it a bit harder to pull around corners and hang up.

Longueur du boyau.
La longueur du boyau n'est pas de 40 pieds (12.2 mètres) mais de 37 pieds (11.2 mètres). Cela fait une bonne différence quand on a vraiment besoin de 40 pieds pour couvrir toute la surface à nettoyer. Ce boyau est très bien en général. Après seulement 2 semaines d'utilisation, pas de problèmes pour le moment.

So far, so great!
I am completely happy with this vacuum hose! We recently moved into a newly built home, had a central vacuum installed, but the hose that came with it was not long enough to reach to the corners of the room, with the outlet placement being as it is.We ordered this 40ft hose, and.....problem solved!I am happy with the quality and adaptability to my central vacuum kit. The handle is comfortable, and it works perfectly!
