LKB Remanufactured HP940 Printhead C4900A C4901A and 1 Set 940 940XL Ink Cartridge with chip Never Used Replacement for HP Officejet (2PK Printhead and 1 Set Ink Cartridge)-USA

I ended up buying a new printer after these would not fit my printer! They fit like they were going to work but the ink would not come out of the print heads and was a disaster.

The replacement print heads would not ever complete the "print head alignment" procedure. This cause the printer to throw up a "alignment required" message every time I tried to print anything. No big deal, as you can cancel it and print anyway, at least I could at first, but the print quality was poor and always missing some areas of black print. Then, after 1 day of use, it stopped printing black completely. Did a 3 step print head cleaning and it then printed the document, though poorly. Now. every time I try to print anything, the printer interrupts the print to attempt alignment and do a cleaning, which wastes tons of ink and never resolves the problem. So, basically a complete fail.

They worked great. I just wanted to ask what to do with the old cartridges...send back???? It says to contact customer service go to your orders and click contact seller but there is no contact seller button. So good luck with that!

My printer is at least 10 yrs old. The new print heads were very easy to install and the printer is now printing like new. I also learned that not printing often enough is probably what caused the problem, that was not in the original product manual. I would definitely recommend this product. Very inexpensive fix for an older printer.

I installed the first set of printheads and found the printhead alignment failed. I ignored the error and was able to complete the printjob after the alignment failure. However, each time I tried to print anything, the same error message is presented after the printer tried to align the printheads again. I contacted the seller through Amazon and received a response in less than 12 hours. They are sending a new set of print heads.

I was literally going to throw my printer out the window(lol) 🤣 because I couldn’t get it to print out anything. I’d watched numerous of videos which gave me an idea as to what it could be. I tried EVERYTHING suggested in all the videos and finally found one that mentioned “print heads!” Therefore I ordered from here and thank goodness I did because the product ABSOLUTELY worked!! I just put my head down on my table thanked God and prayed!!! I will DEFINITELY be ordering from here very soon. Colors are vibrant!! Thank you Lucky Brand!

Prime delivery was fast but was shock upon opening that the magenta ink Cartridge leaked terribly inside the plastic, had to discard it without messy opening. Installation is easy enough. I was able to test the print head by run the black and white prints. Color printing is not working at all with the missing magenta cartridge.. I'm going to reach out to the vendor to send out the replacement package. Having a complete set I can update the review and the rating from 2 star to 4 star as it's good value.

My HP OfficeJet Pro 8500 had not been used since Feb. 2015 (it’s now June 2019) when I bought my first HP Laser printer. I decided to check to see if I needed to order a new inkjet printer or try to put this one back in service. I ordered this ‘set’ to change all the Ink cartridges and the print heads, the installation was completed without any major problems … it did give the message if I hit the ‘OK’ button my warranty could be cancelled and the printer damaged. My warranty had run out several years ago … I hit the ‘OK’ button and the printer when through the electrical setup (several minutes) and after that, it worked as good as new. The photo printing colors looks great and proper. I’m so satisfied that I have ordered another set for spare parts.
