I have slipped disc, I m not supposed to lift heavy weight. This is very useful product for me.

Exceptional product.
First of all , i would like to began the review with the time that i took researching for the water dispenser and i found watemate an,etc water dispenser which had more of negative reviewes maybe becauseof its unpractical designs as well as longevity of the product for the hard earned money. Meanwhile i came through this waterdots water dispenser,with just only one review from someother buyer which was quite expensive as well as bigger in size . Hence this really facinated me ,i thought of giving it a try ,after all amazon has strong customer back support, i ordered this without any hesitation. Believe me you wont be disappointed buying this one , oh my god it works soo soo fine n great my parents are lot happy due to its ease of use & comfort.

Good Product ,Working fine after 4-5 month use
This is a good useful product though a little expensive due to courier charge . Have been using it for last 4-5 month without any issue. The unit is very sturdy ,big and well made .Cleverly designed to make it very user friendly. Very easy to set up and very convenient to use ,Eye catching silver band on black body make it look very stylish.

Pipe connecting jar to machine is loose.
Very bad design. I inserted the pipe to connect machine to water jar. The pipe was very loose. It went inside. Horrible experience.

Good device but with a sub standard battery
Received a defective product with the battery charge lasting enough to pull only about a litre. For the 1800mAH battery should last a lot longer than being . The two stars are for the battery issue. The concept is good, the device design is otherwise well thought of and is easy to use.

Good product as explained in the product information. Lil expensive. I will be still testing it till the warranty period.

Though the product is good...it does not display the level of charge it has as mentioned in the pics given which is misleading

Awesome Product
Well designed product, it eliminated my effort of lifting the water bottles and cleaning the water spillage, even children can use it effortlessly, 100% Value for money, I strongly recommend to buy it.
