These are very colorful motivational stress balls. The firmness varies in each one, yet they are very soft. The sayings are printed so they will have to wear off. Great thing is they do not leave your hands smelly after using them.

I am a 5th grade teacher, and I have many students with anxiety issues. I told them that I was going to purchase some stress balls to help deal with their anxiety. I have already had four students use them during class, and they seem to work with reducing their anxiety. The other day, we took a motor break, and I had them walking around the classroom. One of my students was actually reciting what was on his stress ball. I hope other teachers take advantage of this anxiety reducer.

The stress balls are exactly as pictured. I cannot tell you if they work, because I am giving them as a gift to a little boy who asked for "stress toys" for Christmas (*sniff). My daughter, who is a Behavioral Therapist searched Amazon and saw these and recommended them for me to get the little boy. The sayings on them are cute for kids. I hope he likes them!

Initially my son was not thrill with the Stress Balls - he was expecting a slimy kind that you squeeze. But after he play around with those, he found them quiet durable and bouncy as he throws them against wall to release tension. They works well for him, and I love the motivation text on them. The only thing is the white text on Yellow ball wasn't as visible as I would like, black/darker text may work better!!

My ODD/ADHD son loves these. They are a great calm down tool for him and the motivational messages remind him that it's OK to feel all the feelings that he does and it helps him remember on how to control his big feelings. My daughter just likes to throw them but at least they won't break anything.

These were purchased as a gift; however, before wrapping them I checked them out. There is a variety of firmness and they appear to be durable. I think they'll be good for a teenager with an hour long bus commute to and from school.

Yes. These stress balls are exactly what we were looking for. The person to whom they were given has been squeezing them every since. I think it's becoming an 0bsession!!!!

I bought these as a stocking filler for my son. He spotted a key spelling mistake on the blue ball (‘breath’ instead of ‘breathe’) which immediately marked them down as ‘rubbish’ in his mind. For the price, they feel lightweight, low quality and cheaply made. Unfortunately the window for returns has passed as these were bought ahead for Xmas. A very disappointing product and a waste of money in our family’s opinion.

fantastic - so precious to my daughter but ink completely gone from one ball after two days LIGHT ad hoc use. These are meant to be handled but can't be. Such a shame. Because the messages are so useful, I'm writing them back on with a marker. Yellow ball is also impossible to read in white ink.

Cheap quality, they’re very hard, box damaged, more like a cricket ball, there was a splotches on the yellow ball. For £14 these were a rip off

The yellow ball blue ball are all marked up!!!!! £16 for 5 balls they are for relieving stress but the the expensive balls look like a dog chewed on them I’m fuming

The purple one got ripped in 5 minutes. The great messages on the ball have started fading in less than a day.
