YPLANG Screen Replacement Compatible for iPhone SE 5S Screen Replacement LCD Display Digitizer Frame Assembly Full Repair Kit, with Repair Tools and Flowchart (White)

I had already replaced the screen on my wife's 5SE a year and a half ago with a competitor's product, and it was wholly inadequate. Surprisingly, I paid about the same price as I paid for this. But I got way more value out of the YPLANG screen kit. For starters, the accompanying tools were of very good quality. Not pictured in this ad is a pair of very precise tweezers which made a huge difference in getting screws out. The kit also includes a magnetic mat which was very useful in keeping screws organized and making sure the screws went back into the right holes. Lastly, the instructions were sufficiently detailed that just about anyone with fingers, eyeballs, and an ability to follow simple instructions can replace their screen. The only issue I had was when re-inserting the screen, there was some interference with the top tabs and the vibrator module. I overcame this by inserting the screen at an angle, top first, then holding the top portion firmly in place with my thumb and forefinger pinched across the top of the phone while slowly rotating the top into place. Once everything was snapped in, I did a full function check including calling my phone.Frankly, if you have an iPhone 5SE with a cracked screen, or even if you're just thinking of changing colors, then I recommend this kit above all others.

Well...Not too bad for the price.I replaced a screen and it works fine but there are some issues with a size.First, a right slot for a screw on a home button is bigger than a screw. Now my home button is with one screw and a little bit loose.Second, a slot for a front camera and a microphone is a little bit narrow than the original iPhone screen. It was pretty difficult to adjust all these tiny devices for a size of a new screen.But color and iPhone works good. Like new.

The packaging is nice. The instructions clear and the tools complete, but the screen. It's faulty. When I tested the screen it has 5 white lines that won't go away. I didn't think much of it and replaced my broken screen with it regardless. Guess what? This time it won't even light up, as in it completely stops working. I connected my broken screen and the broken screen would still light up and display things, although there's some screen damage.The original screen lasted 3 years before it breaks, this one lasted 30 minutes. I'm impressed.

I am not skilled in this at all, but I’m of average intelligence. Watched the video in the ad posting, which made following the visual instructions easy. It took me about an hour and a half; I intentionally worked slowly. **Remember to turn on the Assistive Touch ahead of time so you can check move between screens before you attach the Home button. It’s not essential, but it’s helpful.The only problem I ran into is not knowing how to bend my phone frame back (the corner is misformed bc I dropped the phone on the corner). Still working on that...

Does not coe with home button, camera or speaker assembly so you must reuse those from your old cracked screen. I purchased this for a friend and replaced her screen. She loves it. The tools that come with this are perfect and I loved the magnetic mat with pictures of where all the screws were taken from so there isn't a mix up. That was a great feature of this kit.

This was one of the better quality ones I have had. I have replaced my screen 4 times. and this one clicked in well. There is a magnetic screw mat that was a pleasant surprise. I usually stick the screws in foam but this actually holds them ok with a picture layout.

Screen is good quality, and kit is pretty complete. You will need a good set of tweezers, other than that everything is in the kit. We used a youtube video to show step by step instructions cause it was easier to see.

I have used many LCDs to repair friends broken phones. This is one of, if not the best you can get besides paying the high price for OEM. No, this is not the same screen quality as an OEM apple LCD but for the $ its great
