I have been using the Baiden mitten for years. I LOVE IT! I use it on my whole body. Regular exfoliation keeps your skin young. I use it on my face regularly. It helps my skin products work better. When you sluff off dead skin your products can sink in better. I swear by it. I got a deep gash on my leg years ago. After the scab healed and a red line appeared, fearing it would leave a nasty scare I used the mitten on my leg as I usually do and I have zero scar. I get compliments on my skin all the time. This is the best body exfoliater EVER! It takes a while to really learn how to use it correctly to get the best exfoliation. I usually use it after a nice soak the tub. Make sure you don’t have an lotion or soap residue left on your skin. Pat yourself dry and wet mitten. Squeeze mitten to get off excess water. Start scrubbing away. Make sure to go up and down and side to side. Increase pressure as tolerated. After using this for just a few weeks, I noticed a huge change in my skin. I have dry red bumps on my upper arms and legs. This has helped tremendously. I’m so impressed. Worth the money!!!
