These are great been using them for 15 years quite pricey but I do love them.

Fit right on my tool and gave me the abrasion I wanted. My initial product didn't come with extra so I was very happy to find these after market because they do need to be changed out every couple of months. I'd buy these again and I find that the green are good but I might try the next level of abrasion next time.

I bought the discs when I ran out of discs for my PMD. This particular disc is the medium one, if you are not ready yet for the more abrasive red. It is mild enough that it does not cause any pain or irritation but just enough to take away the top dead cells. The price is just right and it should last about 2-3 months depending on your use. I would recommend this to everyone who just started using the PMD system but is not ready to move up to the red color discs.

I love the pmd. I have been using PmD for months now and everyone says my skin glows. This is not very exfoliating and is not too harsh in the skin. You have sensitive skin I would go lighter with abrasion.
