I've had this display for over 3 years now and it still works great, minus one issue. After it has been connected and in use for a while some charge builds up in the screen or something and it starts processing phantom touches, normally in the left lower corner, near the Windows start menu icon. This can prevent you from using the computer if it's in a "frantic spaz touching" state. If you try to open anything it just keeps tapping away on the display. I rarely use the touch features but want the single cable setup (not USB for power and HDMI for display). I've disabled the touch screen input in the device manger, but if the device powers off (includes going to sleep, disconnected/reconnected) when power resumes the touch functions are working again, even though in device manager that device is still disabled. Only way to stop touch input again is to enable and disable the device in device manager. Recently got a MacBook Air and will see if that touch issue happens on this laptop too.I do wish the display would store the set brightness to a flash rom or something, on my windows computer it always starts too dim, and I have to brighten it every time it powers up (also after sleep).

I never write a review for any product, however I think this one deserve one as it's quite an unknown brand. I purchased this to use with my Lenovo Yogabook C930. It works perfectly as expected and beyond.First, I was afraid about USB-C connection as the information is quite conflicted. Some place said it require USB-C 3.1 Gen1 with Alt Display, but some said USB-C 3.1 Gen 2. I know my Yogabook is USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 not Gen 2. It actually works!Second, the main reasons why I select this among other alternatives were advertisement of IPS panel with high color accuracy and a USB-C PD pass-though function (the only external monitor I can find that offer this function). Both feature work! Selling displays as myself, I can tell that SainSonic uses a very high quality LCD panel, it's IPS, very bright, very good color. USB-C PD pass-though work perfectly. When connect just one single USB between monitor and laptop, it will draw power from laptop. Then when connect another power USB to monitor, it automatically reverse and send power to laptop instead. This function is crucial for me as I expect that my tiny Yogabook cannot properly and sustainably power the monitor.As a bonus, the build quality is excellent, nice cover doubled as a very study stand, and function menu works nicely. The only complaint, but expected is weak speakers. I'm however OK with this. I usually use headset.Note that I purchase this monitor and remote working use. I've never tried gaming. So, cannot say anything regrading that.Highly recommend!

The screen quality is great, product is convenient and portable however after a few months the micro-USB port broke internally and I have not been able to find any local computer store to repair. I tried contacting SainSonic for advice or help but have had no response. Customer support could definitely improve.

It is awesome! However the stand that was provided with it was partially broken. Other then that, it is absolutely awesome.

I wasn't sure what to expect at first from an unfamiliar brand but this monitor meets all my expectations. Bright, colorful, no display lag, and very responsive to touch. I use it with a Dell XPS 13. A single thunderbolt 3.1 cable provides it power, video, audio, and touch feedback. The included magnetic case is nothing fancy but does the job well of providing a very low profile stand. The included USB-C to USB-C cable is a little short (around 1.5-2ft) for my purposes so you might want to invest in a longer one but it works as expected. Highly recommended product.

This monitor is exactly what I needed. USB-C AND touchscreen in a nicely designed portable screen. It was great for about three days, then without warning or good reason while I was actively working on my computer, it flickered, went pink with vertical lines across the whole screen. Did all the normal troubleshooting with different PCs and cables to no avail. Spent 30 more minutes with Amazon going through all the same steps and then they send me to the manufacturer, which I did. NO reply from manufacturer in over 2 weeks and getting close to my 30 day return window with Amazon, I reach back out to Amazon, who goes through all the same things and then says I need to go to manufacturer for replacement. No more time for that BS. Back it went. SO, maybe I got the odd one that is no good, but if it happens to you, do not expect the manufacturer to stand behind it.

Beautiful monitor. Picture, size, and touch all work superbly. Used it as a replacement for my Asus Zenscreen that broke (long story short don't buy those they suck), and it looks and feels so much better. One slight inconvenience is the number of cables necessary. Using with a Surface Pro tablet, and it requires a separate power, usb-c, and hdmi cable. Once those are all hooked up though, it's a really nice machine.

if you have a specific use for it then its amazing but if youre getting it because its cool then you might be dissapointed

Ich habe mir diesen tragbaren FHD Bildschirm für Testzwecke für meinen Blog bestellt, da man ja immer mal 2 Bildschirme gebrauchen kann. Ich habe auch einige Monitore in niedrigeren Preiskategorien gesehen, aber diese hatten immer Probleme mit dem Touch oder es fehlte der 3,5mm Klinkenstecker Eingang. Daher entschied ich mich für den EVOPIX 39,6 cm (15.6 Zoll) FHD tragbaren Multitouch Monitor.Zu allererst sei gesagt, das man hier eine Menge Zubehör für sein Geld bekommt. Denn neben dem EVOPIX Monitor, war in meiner Verpackung noch ein HDMI-zu-Mini-HDMI Kabel, ein Multi Stand (Ständer aus Metall), ein USB Typ-C auf USB Typ-C Kabel für den Samsung DeX Modus, ein USB 2.0 auf USB Typ-C Kabel, ein chinesischer Ladstecker und eine Folie für das Display des EVOPIX Monitors.Am Monitor war auch noch eine Klappe dran, die als Schutz oder als Kickstand genutzt werden kann. Kommen wir jetzt zu den positiven Sachen.Als Stromquelle kann man entweder einen Ladestecker, oder eine Powerbank benutzen. In manchen Fällen geht auch die Stromzufuhr des Gerätes mit dem ihr den Bildschirm verbindet. Sei es die XBOX, der Laptop oder andere Geräte. Das Display ist sehr kontrastreich und stellt die Farben sehr schön dar. Pixelfehler gibt es keine. Ebenso ist es sehr Blickwinkelstabil.Folgende Anschlüsse wurden am Monitor verbaut:- 1x USB Typ-C Stromanschluss- 1x USB Typ-C Port wo man Geräte anschließen kann (Zum Beispiel ein Samsung Smartphone im DeX Modus)- 1x 3,5mm Klinkenstecker Anschluss (Das war auch einer der Gründe warum ich gerade diese Bildschirm gekauft habe)- 1x Mini HDMI PortDann gibt es neben dem Touchscreen noch zwei Bedienelemente. Den Power Knopf und ein Multi-Function-Key, welcher eher ein Rädchen ist, den man aber zur Auswahl auch drücken kann. Die Bedienung über dieses Rädchen funktioniert sehr gut. Der Druckpunkt vom Power Knopf und auch der Druckpunkt des Rades sind gut bis sehr gut.Das erste was ich mit dem EVOPIX Monitor probiert habe war der DeX Modus meines Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Und ich war sehr überrascht. Positiv versteht sich. Denn innerhalb weniger Sekunden habe ich mein Smartphone so in einen fast vollwertigen PC verwandelt. Das einzige was mich störte war, das ich die Tastatur auf dem EVOPIX Monitor nicht vergrößern konnte. Wie ich aber rausgefunden habe ist das ein Samsung Problem und kein Problem des EVOPIX Monitors.Dennoch, ich konnte den EVOPIX Monitor in Zusammenhang mit meinem Samsung wie ein vollwertigen Touch PC nutzen. Ich konnte damit im Internet surfen, Spiele und Programme öffnen und sogar Videos bearbeiten. Das find ich echt klasse. Bei der Videobearbeitung hatte ich auch das erste mal den Ton getestet. Auch dieser ist recht gut für so einen tragbaren Monitor.Das zweite Gerät was ich mit dem EVOPIX Monitor getestet habe war meine RES2K Retro Spielekonsole. Und auch hier war ich hellauf begeistert. Es funktionierte, wie zu erwarten, von Anfang an alles perfekt. (Siehe Video) Mittlerweile nutze ich es den EVOPIX Monitor sehr oft in der Konstellation. Gerade wenn meine Mitbewohnerin mal wieder irgendwas anderes im TV oder auf Streaming Plattformen über den TV schauen möchte.Mit der XBOX habe ich den EVOPIX Monitor mittlerweile auch getestet. Und auch hier funktioniert alles besten. Jedoch spiele ich mit der XBOX doch lieber am TV. ;)Kommen wir jetzt zu den leidigen negativen Sachen. Als allererstes muss ich hier mal ganz stark die Verarbeitung bemängeln. Denn für fast 300 Euro ist diese wirklich mies. An den Kanten ist der EVOPIX Monitor sehr unsauber und auch scharfkantig verarbeitet. Aber das ist noch nicht alles. In meinem Fall war oder besser gesagt ist es so, das sich unter dem Display kleine Fusseeln und ein kleines Haar befanden. Mit Schütteln des EVOPIX Monitor konnte ich ein paar davon lösen. Dennoch, das dürfte in dieser Preisklasse erst gar nicht so sein. Bei einem 100€ oder vielleicht noch 150€ Gerät könnte ich eventuell noch ein Auge zudrücken, da man diese Fusseln und kleinen Haare nicht sieht wenn der Bildschirm an ist, aber nicht bei einem Gerät was fast 300 Euro kostet. Der Händler versprach mir aber das er sich darum kümmern wird. Auch um bessere Kontrollen vor dem Versand.Ein weiterer Punkt den ich hier bemängeln muss sind die beiden Kickstands. Das Case, welches bereits mit Magnet am EVOPIX Monitor angebracht wurde, kann man nur mit Mühe, Not und ein paar kleinen Tricks zum stehenbleiben zwingen. Das wäre dann aber die Liege-Steh-Position. Wenn man nicht aufpasst, fällt das Ding wieder zusammen. So auch der mitgelieferte Ständer. Sehr billig verarbeitet und fällt auch oft zusammen.Ein letztes kleines Ding was ich bemängle ist, das kein Akku verbaut wurde und das man hätte einen EU Adapter mitschicken können, wenn man schon einen chinesischen Stecker mit ins Paket packt. Oder man hätte letzteren ganz weg lassen können. Aber das ist eher meckern auf hohem Niveau, denn gerade im Bezu auf den Akku wusste ich ja auf was ich mich einlasse.Fazit:Wer einen tragbaren Monitor brauch, für was auch immer, und dabei nicht auf eine Kopfhörerbuchse verzichten will, der sollte sich definitiv die EVOPIX Monitore anschauen. Es gibt ja nicht nur den mit 15,6 Zoll, sondern auch kleinere Modelle. Ich bereue meinen Kauf nicht, auch wenn mir nicht alles an dem Gerät gefällt, aber technisch überzeugt mich der Monitor und wird so auch zu meinem neuen Begleiter. Gerade wenn ich mal wieder mit der Bahn unterwegs bin und nicht unbedingt meinen großen Laptop mitschleppen möchte, ist der EVOPIX Monitor in Verbindung mit meinem Samsung eine gute Alternative.

The media could not be loaded.  Wenn es mehr als 5 Sterne für diesen Monitor geben würde, ich würde es tun. Ich bin mehr als begeistert. Der Minitor hat ein tolles Design, Alu im gebürstetem Schwarz, dazu die Schutzhülle in Carbon-Optik. Sieht alles sehr edel aus.Beim Auspacken war ich nicht nur von der sehr guten Verpackung überrascht, sondern auch von der Fülle des mitgelieferten Zubehörs. Sogar eine Displayschutzfolie liegt bei. Habe ich bisher noch bei keinem Produkt erlebt, auch nicht bei meinem Samsung S8 nicht.Ich habe diesen Monitor an meinem Samsung S8 getestet und versucht, die Behringer x32 APP für die Steuerung eines X32 Dgitalmixers zu nutzen. Ergebnis sieht man auf dem Bild. Es funktionierte sofort, ohne in die Bedienungsanleitung zu schauen.Die Farben des Monitors sind brilliant und auch zu Reaktionszeit der Touchbedienung, fantastisch. Alles läuft flüsseg und ich kann mein Samsung s8 nun per Touche mit dem Monitor steuern.Diese Monitor eignet sich sogar füt die Navigation oder Google Earth Anwendung.Dieser Monitor lässt keine Wünsche offen und ich überlege schon, mir vielleicht noch so einen 15,6 Zoll EVOPIX Monitor zu kaufen. Es gibt ungeahnte Möglichkeiten.Kaufempfehlung auf ganzer Linie. Bisher mit mein bester Kauf über Amazon. Zugreifen !Zusatz: Versand von Radioddity
