Not for motorcycles
If I was doing bmx or something with lower speeds like skating sure these would help a little bit. But at higher impacts there’s no way this is saving you. Very thin padding inside

Very light weight with minimal padding.
I’m not sure I will be using these. Padding on the top and on the bottom but almost nothing for the tip of the elbow or the knee cap.

Wear them correctly they go nowhere
Great gear some say they slide but if you wear it correctly they go nowhere and I'm probably a more aggressive rider than most
