Super customer service and great plants
Ordered 1 of these, the venous flytrap and the orchid. The other 2 arrived fine and are doing well. The first one of these I received had condensation that did not go away and the plant is dying. I gave 5 stars because after emailing seller they sent me a free replacement immediately and it arrived with no condensation and even prettier than the first. Super customer service, which is hard to come by. I would avoid buying in winter cold months like I did the first time, hence the condensation.

Great item if shipped correcly.
Plant/flower was beautiful, sort of. It was starting to turn Brown and is barely holding on currently. UPDATE...all are dead now. 90$, gone. All instructions were followed. The 2 i bought to give away came tossed around in the jar, and were upside down. I bought 3. 1 was returned...2stars. thanks

Broken glass
The glass globe was broken so badly I was cut by the glass and I had to throw it away because it had blood on it the other things in the box I had gotten blood all over them as well.

Great gift for a busy woman.
Bought this as a gift for my daughter to put on her desk at her new job. I figured that since my daughter can be a tad forgetful this "no matanance" plant would be perfect for her. I was right, because she absolutly LOVES it! She says her boss & co-worker compliments her on it all the time.
