Building Scale Model Aircraft: A Beginners Guide Kindle Edition

Excellent book a must have for someone who is starting to build model aircraft very well written with excellent instructions and photos. Has very good tips for making a detailed model exactly what I was looking for have already used some of the tips.

Book may be of help to a young beginner but many of the basic items covered in the book can be found in the kit directions. Most glaring is the lack of information on many of the current product lines to build kits. Acrylics are the dominate paint type now for example. More varied putty products. Aftermarket products another example. In short to much of a gloss over. I teach modeling to young people. Can't use this book. Just to generalized and outdated.

Although geared for beginners, a bit of insight into history of hobby and good connections to other sources of information.

this is a very good book for the beginner model maker, in my opinion. It gives a lot of good detail and step-by-step instructions and tips on how to properly assemble model aircraft.

This is a good book for the brand new, inexperienced, model builder. If you have built models and are looking to improve your skills, look elsewhere!

I chose 3. It's a good book for the.most basic of information. I was hoping it was a bit more oriented to people who just don't know how to use techniques and applications.

Very helpful and written by someone who has such enthusiasm for his hobby. Great read.
