I love that it comes with a branded mesh bag to carry the bands in. All three sizes give an excellent resistance in my workouts and I also enjoy the comfort that these bands give off. When working out, I’ve never experienced them slipping off and I think they are slightly sweat proof as well, also do well washing with soap and water, I let them air dry.

I highly recommend these bands, you get all three for the price of one!! Fitness influencers sell their bands for so much, and these are affordable and work great !!

I get a better workout from using these because it offers more resistance than some of the other bands I have. The material is soft and stretchy while at the same time strong for resistance! The bands stay in place because of the material so you save time and get results!! Highly recommend for anyone looking for good quality exercise bands!

These bands are awesome. I purchased them because I do not like how the rubber type bands bunch and move on your legs when you are exercising. These stay in place! They feel like very thick ace bandages. The three different sizes are awesome and they come with a holding bag!

Too stiff. Not flexible enough for a 5’7 115 pound girl. I could barely move any of them and I use resistance bands ALL THE TIME! When they flex they don’t provide enough elasticity. Maybe these are better for someone who’s quite heavey strength wise. Returned.

They are SOOO stiff. Even the lightest one is nearly impossible to do a squat in.
