Perfect piece to see inside your guitar!
For a beginner like me, it takes a little getting used to manipulating the rod and mirror at different angles, but the mirror is a good size to get a good view of all bracings, heel, and bridge pad. The light is bright enough and has enough spread to get a good view as well.

Does What It's Supposed To Do
I bought it to check the seating of the strings inside my acoustic guitar. It worked fine. The mirror has to be at just the right angle in order to reflect the LED light toward the object you want to see. This takes a bit of fiddling at first but once you get the idea it's not difficult. I found the on/ off function a bit counter-intuitive; would have preferred a simple button or switch. Apart from that minor issue, I find the tool easy to use. I now know what the inside of my guitar looks like.

Works fine
I got this for looking inside my acoustic guitar. It works well for that. The screwing mechanism is a bit clumsy.

Not a good field mirror.
Product broke first time in the field. The little arm the mirror attaches to didnt hold up in my bag.

Good inspection mirror
Great because now I don't necessarily need a flashlight to inspect questionable joints. Fieldpiece has really upped their quality from when I first heard about them 10 plus years ago
