Sony Cyber Shot DCS W120
This is such a great little camera that when I lost mine last week, I bought another one just like it. One of the best features is that is has a real viewfinder instead of just the viewing screen on the back, like most digital cameras out there now.On a trip to Alaska we used it for movies of the trip and they came out beautifully. It is very easy to upload to a computer to share with others and to hook up to your TV for viewing. The picture quality is great even for larger prints. There was a very short learning curve since it is so easy to use. I would definitely recommend this camera and was very happy to find there were still some around on Amazon since Sony doesn't make them anymore.

great camera
I received this for a gift. I had an older, similar model and wasn't thrilled about getting it again. WELL the improvements are AMAZING!!!! I love that you point the camera on a subject and it makes sure the picture is centered. It is small and compact and the picture quality is the best. It is easy to download the pictures on my computer and share them with all of my friends. I love the color too. Sony is the best.

Pretty in pink
Purchased this camera as a B-Day present for my wife, a woman who absolutely can not be bothered with reading instruction manuals or tinkering around with settings. Therefor a good point & shoot was definitely in order. It also had to look good and fit in her purse. Well, the SONY DSC-W120 provided all of that and some! The quality of the camera is excellent and the 'pink rose' color is quite pretty...not the childish look of a lot of other brands offering it in pink. I set up the basics for her, showed her the AUTO and EASY modes and she's off and running taking beautiful pictures! I looked at and read reviews on many different cameras before settling on this one. The features, quality and looks of this SONY could not, IMHO, be beat! She and I are quite happy with this camera. The ONLY reason I don't give it five stars is the outlandish prices SONY wants for any and all of their accesories, to include their memory sticks !!! SONY needs to come off of their high horse on that issue !

Not a good camera!
First of all, let me say this... I can't believe this camera has earned 136 5-Star reviews and 49 4-Star reviews. Also, I can't believe they are charging $250 for this piece of junk. I've had my camera for about 2 years. I bought it to replace a Kodak Easy Share, which took awesome pics but had a serious battery problem. This Sony takes great pics outdoors with lots of natural light. Indoors is an entirely different story. Lag time is excessive. Blur is a common problem and many precious moments are lost due to this. Many pics come out yellow AND blurry. This is supposed to be a point-and-shoot camera. There may be settings you can tweak to alleviate these issues, but if I wanted a manual camera, I would have bought one! The battery life is way too short, therefore I had to purchase an additional battery for a back-up, so I would always have one fully charged and ready to go. I don't like the memory stick... I prefer an SD card. Like I said, I've had this camera for about 2 years and stopped taking pics for awhile because they were so crappy. FINALLY, I broke down and bought a Nikon Coolpix S3000 12.0MP Digital Camera with 4x Optical Zoom Electronic Vibration Reduction (VR) and 2.7-Inch LCD for $110 and LOVE it. It has fast ISO of 3200, which is great for low-light and moving objects. I wish I would have done myself a favor and upgraded the Sony much sooner.

so happy I purchased this camera
I just love this camera even though I haven't taken many pictures with it yet this is my first digital camera and I would say so far taking a picture is easy and they came out well when I learn to use the many features that come with it I am quite sure there are lots of things I will be able to do with a picture also delivery was quick

Sony Cybershot with a Viewfinder Camera
Everyone forgets that this little camera has a viewfinder. That's my main reason for choosing this camera along with the fact that it takes good pictures w/o a flash in places that don't allow flash, i.e. museums, concerts (when you are sneaking in a camera that is).Oh and the audio for the vids is very good (it's a SONY!) it should be. Only thing about the vids is that once you zoom it in at the start of the vid, you cannot change it, must remain at that setting for rest of vid.
