Allows me to walk miles
I now have two of these supports, one for each knee. I am attempting a 1000 mile walking challenge over this year and these supports allow me to walk a number of miles a day which includes many hills. Yes recommended

It works like it should..
I've had a few and as a biker, jogger, knackered older man, these things do what they should.. easy to clean, easy to put on, take off, wash ok with no shrinkage..

Good fit and comfortable
If you wear them on a daily basis their lifespan will deteriorate fairly quickly. Cannot wash in the washing machine which isn’t very practical. Comfortable to wear.
