This is an excellent item and well worth the purchase. Not only can it be used for business, it can be used for Holidays, Parties, at the Office, etc.There are some known setup issues requiring initial connection between the app and the device. Strangely, even though the communication is done via Bluetooth, setup or connection between app and device, ea time, requires the device to have the 'location' in the On position. This was the very last thing tried attempting to get the device and app to work. Don't like, but it is what it is. Google wanta to know where you are at all times (B B). I believe after connecting the device and app via Bluetooth, you can then switch off the 'location' button in your settings. All things considered, this is an awesome creation. I will also mention the excellent customer service received during troubleshooting. Patience and full attention were given, until issue was resolved. Would do business again .

This is my initial review prior to using The Bird Rechargeable on the road while I'm doing ride share driving.I had an issue with a symbol not displaying correctly and before I was up the next morning, very early I add, I had a friendly and responsive email lightning quick.Hands DOWN Blue Corvus is in a class of top customer service and response to product issues that companies don't bother with. Tops, 5 star, rate them 10 if I could. The issue was addressed, resolved, and followed up on in less than 9 hours. Wow! Unbelievable? Nope, it's exactly better than I ever expected. You can not go wrong with this level of care and support.The product itself, very easy to set up. Follow the instructions included by Blue Corvus with your Bird and you will be ready to go very quickly. Solid high quality product also much higher than I expected. A little bit of time with exploring the app and it's easy to use.I'll review the products full use and some photos, can't wait to use it on the road!

This product was fun and easy to use until I charged it for the second time and the entire charge port came out of the device in the end of the charging cable. Amazon won’t let me return it so I have contacted the company and I will update this review when I have an answer.UPDATE: Michael at Bird has been amazing. Provided prompt responses and a label for me to return my product and they will either fix it or replace in and send it back to me. I like this product but their Customer Service is just as great! Would recommend this company and product. Even with an issue that came up they were great to deal with! Thanks Michael!

Love this display board! I'm a lyft driver and when its 2am and u got tons of people lookin for uber's n Lyft's, this is amazing bright and will scroll ur riders name so no confusion! Absolutely my fave purchase. Also helps get good tips!Airport pickups were alot easier also. No questioning or doubt. Get in, get noticed, pickup ur rider and get to next stop. Quicker and faster to make picks n drops 🤗

Very easy product to install/setup. The app AUTOMATICALLY pairs with The Bird, which is amazing. No hassle what-so-ever. Clearly visible even through tinted windows, even on lowest brightness.I would like to see some updates to the app in the future though. Like checking that what's printed on your devices screen is actually what's being displayed because if you forget to save/update the stored messages with The Bird, it will run your old message and not your new one. Also, some GUI updates wouldn't hurt either. The app is very straightforward/simple, yes, but seems a bit [dated]. Such an amazing and quality product but fell short on the app's GUI. An indicator of sorts would be nice, confirming your message is being displayed.Ultimately I bought this for safety reasons as I'm a delivery driver. Although, not going to lie it'll be a play thing too. :) Thought it'd be nice to be able to let people behind me know what I'm doing. It can be rather annoying trying to locate a customers address with someone practically on my bumper. 😅 Hope this product helps reduce those instances.

This LED Board is compact, easy to use, and inexpensive. Thanks to the Bluetooth App it can be reprogram quickly minimizing non-driving time while working for Lyft or Uber. Excellent Customer Service from Blue Corvus. I sent an email late at night asking about programming messages with different scroll rates. I wasn't excepting a respond until the next day.They responded within the hour to explain that what I was wanting will be within an future update and even showed me an new feature that allows me to change the "Rider Name" even quicker then before.Thanks Blue Corvus

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I purchased the Bird Rechargeable to help identify my rideshare riders. It's very easy to program (program only when stopped) and easy to see. So far, I am extremely pleased with the product as well as the support. I had a couple of suggestions/feature requests and one of the features happened to already be in development and should be released soon. While my primary use is for rideshare services, there are many other ways to use the product as well. Great product!

Very simple to use, app is straight forward and easy to program messages into! The display is bright and clear, my Uber and Lyft passengers see me coming easily - added bonus for logo integration. I also use it for making deliveries with Shipt. I love the ability to change the display message according to my needs, no need for multiple devices from each company, this one does it all!I had to contact customer service for an issue that I caused, and they were extremely responsive, friendly and quick to help.
