Excellent customer service.
Lights are brighter than my old halogen ones. One of the bulbs arrived not in working order however, the seller sent a new one straight away so they have one very satisfied customer.

Good bright lighting units.
Got these because the ones other places sell are not bright enough. Swapped these with the 4 x 345 lumens I had in the kitchen and wow what a difference. Ok they use more power but still only 28 watts and better than halogen. Had them in a while now and so far they are lasting the course. A great buy.

A flash in the pan....
I'll keep this short. It's the same old GU10 LED short lived affair.I got only months out of these. But the funny thing was how all 20 failed in the same two months.Of course, good old Amazon, promise you the earth until that magical and fleeting return window closes and you're screwed.Warning, ZERO customer service on these. Not with Amazon, OR the seller.

Dimmable bulbs work perfectly
Delivered promptly. Well packed and the bulbs work perfectly with our dimmer switch with no flickering.

On when off
Bought to replace an Osram LED GU10 7.5 watt bulb which had failed. I have these Osrams throughout my home and they all work fine with the dimmers (12 in total) I have throughout my home. Sadly, the Integral does not. It remains lit (albeit dimly, but annoying in the bedroom) even when the dimmer switch is off. I've contacted Hager, the manufacturer of my dimmer switches, asking them to list the LED bulbs that are compatible with their trailing edge dimmers which I have in my home. Perhaps anyone thinking of purchasing these Integral GU10 7 watt dimmable bulbs should do what I didn't and enquire of Integral which dimmer switches are compatible with them. Research on the web has made me realise that the technology involved with these things is complicated! My mistake was to assume the Integral bulb, which so closely matched the spec of the Osrams, would work fine. It doesn't with my dimmers which, by the way, are extremely expensive and work by holding your finger on the button rather than rotating a knob to dim and pushing the knob to switch on and off.
