With all of the great features this compass is a bit too weighty to carry in a shirt or pants pocket. It does come with a pouch for belt attachment but I find my belt is too wide to utilize that feature. I like the features but not the weight.

Compass is everything stated plus a bag of chips...It's the first compass/inclinometer that I've found that works as it should. The housing is beefy enough to stand rough treatment on the trail.The only real weakness is the phosphorescent dial...It requires setting the compass open in a light source....If you're not doing night-ops or expect to be hiking in the dark...thi compass is great...If you're doing night tac-ops go with tritium otherwise save and buy this system.carl

Not impressed. Ill keep it simple for this review, it just didn't work as well as another compass I purchased. Okay for certain things, not in my bag for extreme primitive camping or hiking.

Poor build quality. Paint chip and burs on the chassis. Loose hinge. Minor dents and dings. For close to $40, I would spend your money elsewhere.

Pretty solid piece. Didn't have any quality issues as mentioned in some other reviews. So far so good!!

MADE IN CHINA. GET THE USA MADE ONE, its worth the extra money
