I have only been using these for a few days, but so far I really love them. I cant take them 3X a day, but I really look forward to taking them at lunch and in the afternoon. I feel like they really help me focus and reduce my urges to fog eat. The caffeine is enough to give me a boost pre-workout, but I NEVER feel jittery, anxious, or unable to sleep later. I do wonder if they have a slight diuretic effect, or if that is just me drinking a ton of water, but I would say I feel less bloated. The flavor is pretty good too, not bad at all, enjoyable even. I dilute it in at least 20 oz of water and let if fizz away 100% before drinking. The only reason I did not give 5 stars in value is because these are really expensive. However, if these work like promised (along with eating sensible food and working out), I will up that to 5 starts.Update. It has been about 2 weeks of taking these twice a day. I would not say I am shedding weight or dress sizes, but I really do like the way these make me feel and when I take this consistently I can definitely say I seem to make better snacking choices. Maybe it is all mind over matter, but these are chalked full of superfoods so even if it is in my head, I am getting some good stuff in and it's working. Will try a second box and will update again.Update again, it has now been about 6 weeks I have been taking these twice a day. I still would not say that I am shedding weight or sizes at all, but I feel SO MUCH BETTER!!! Bloat? gone (well nearly)! Energy? Great! Eating habits? Very much improved! I love these! The only thing keeping me from a 5 star review is that they are so darn expensive. But if I keep feeling this way I think I am going to increase to a 5 start despite cost.

I have been trying for several years to lose weight. After seeking a naturopathic physician who tested my hormones and thyroid I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and put on medication but this still did not help with weight loss.Dealing with stress in this time of pandemic which can effect your metabolism and weight and after all the reviews I read regarding Skinnytabs I decided to try the product. After the first two days, the taste/flavor was different but fine to drink. I could tell after the first two days that I had more energy and did not feel hungry. After 10 days I did not sense that this was working and was ready to quit but for the next 5 days I ate one meal per day(salad) and strictly drank more water, tea, coffee and used 1 Skinnytab per day and after 20 days I could feel my clothes fitting better and when I finally got on the scale today I was down 10 lbs.....YEAH. I have not deprived myself of things to eat but even with all the stress of the pandemic and sometimes being an emotional eater, with this drink/1 tablet per day I have not been wanting to eat...at times some food simply did not sound good to eat....like pizza which never was the case before......so I did order a second box.....Yes the product is working just as it said it would but I only wish the cost was less....$80 is steep especially now during the pandemic when people are stressed and out of work....I am excited to see how much more weight I will lose in the next month. I am glad I took the chance to try this product....gave it 4 stars instead of 5 due to the cost. Thanks for the great product....Take a Chance like I did!!!

I was really interested in this product because I have fibromyalgia and I thought wow these things will help me with a lot with my inflammation that I still have on top of my medication. I was skeptical because of the Stevia in it because I don’t like Stevia. They say it’s a natural sweetener but to me it’s just as bad as Aspartame or Splenda. But I thought since all the other things in it were so healthy that maybe that would counterbalance any effects of the Stevia. Boy was I wrong! I am in so much pain right now after taking it for about a week and a half a week... I started feeling more pain and more pain and couldn’t figure out why am I almost back to my original fibromyalgia pain before I was diagnosed... my muscles ache I just feel fatigue everywhere and then it finally dawned on me it was the Stevia! So if you’re not ultra sensitive to artificial sweeteners like I am maybe this product would be good for you but if you’re dealing with anything like what I have stay away from it because Stevia just like Splenda , Aspartame, Sweet & Low, Equal... all of those sweeteners for my body are nothing but poison! Maybe if they came up with a version without Stevia or any kind of sweetener I would get it and then I could sweeten it with honey if I wanted to. So shout out to the manufacturers think about that!
