Stainless Steel 3.5 Inch Paring Knife with Built in Sharpener and Locking Sheath

It has been Years since I have had such a good, sharp knife in my kitchen....I should have found this years ago. I make sure that it's good and dry before I slip the knife in it's sharpening sleeve....I wouldn't want rust on it. I wouldn't be without this ever again....sure hope they keep making these knives.

Great knife! love it. I've had another Wiltshire knife for 20 years and it still cuts like a dream.

The Wiltshire knives are quality knives. I am very pleased with this paring knife.

Ages (and I mean DECADES) ago my brother gave my sisters and I Remington paring knives with the holder/sharpener. My sisters' are long gone, but I have babied mine in hopes of finding a replacement.The Wiltshire knives are considerably lighter (and I wish they weren't) - but they do the trick. I hope to buy a full set.

This knife is larger than I thought it would be and not as sharp as I would like. Maybe I will get used to it and it will sharpen more with use of cover

I had a Wiltshire Staysharp paring knife from about 20 years ago that I loved, so I got this one hoping it would be similar. The knife is nothing like the original one I had though - it feels incredibly flimsy and doesn’t feel sharp at all. Very disappointing to see how the quality has completely deteriorated since the first one I had.

Excellent addition to my culinary adventures. Extremely Sharp and easy to sharpen.
