Upgraded CREE H7 LED Headlight Conversion Kit - 2 pcs H7 LED Headlight Bulbs w/ 2 Installation Cables - 20W 2400LM 6000K Waterproof IP-68 for Replacing Halogen & HID Bulbs

I've had these for around 6 months now and bought them as replacements for my headlights. The ballasts are amazingly tiny and fit into even my very tiny headlight compartments with no modifications. The light is a good white color and is strong at close range. They definitely don't carry as far as normal headlights. I notice this the most when it is dark, but I am on a partially lit or somewhat busy road. I find myself checking to see if the lights are on.Also, the ballasts do interfere with my radio and limit the ability to pick up weaker signals. Probably not an issue for most people, but I can't keep a signal for my full 40 mile commute if the lights are on.

I bought these to replace the dull halogens high beams I had to match my 55w HID 6000k projectors in my MINI.I ran into a few problems when installing these. Each bulb comes with an adapter to fit the application you need. The H7 adapter that came with mine was a two piece one. (A cylinder that slides into the flange held in by small tabs) One of the adapters came apart and would not hold the cylinder in place when sliding the bulb into position. Even after adjusting the tabs I still had the same problems. I had to install the adapter on the bulb outside of my high beam housings and finagle it in my housings as one unit. Even then, it still sat loose.After everything was installed and working I went for a drive to see how well the lights performed. The light that gave me trouble ended up shifting out of position causing the beam to shoot up and to the right. The colors do match my HID's and the bulb that isn't messed up does a better job than the halogens I had. I don't have my daytime running lights activated, so I noticed these lights will flicker when you first start your car. It will only last a few seconds, but it bothers me enough to get my DRL's activated again.EDIT: I've after I contacted the seller, they were quick to reply with a solution. I mailed the faulty assembly back and had a new one shipped to my door in a few weeks. Everything works as promised and installed perfectly. The ballast is small enough to tuck into the back of my headlight housings. I've changed my rating from a 2 to a 5.

Have had these installed for 5months an already one of the LEDs have stopped working. I tried to contact support but no one answers. Real crap. Then the throw on these are anything but the CREE I'm used to. Not worth the money -- look else where

Fits on a 2005-2006 MINI Cooper with dust cover installed - I shoved the ballast up inside the black headlight housing behind the reflector, and the whole thing just barely fits with the rear dust cover installed. Very satisfied, it's a very clean install and as bright as the halogen incandescent. Perfect cool white appearance. HOLY WHITE BATMAN!!! These are MUCH brighter than my "Xenon Matching" blue Halogen bulbs! The colored halogen matched the color of my factory OEM HID Low beams, but the output was terribly low. THESE bulbs; however, are like DAYLIGHT!!! Slightly more blue tint than my 4300k OEM HID bulbs, but not enough that it bothers me. The down-road light is AMAZING for high beam application. The item that impresses me the MOST is that these really ARE plug and play! VW is NOTORIOUS for setting bulb-out warnings with anything other than stock bulbs. This bulb fits into the ridiculously tight spaces in the 2006 Touareg v10 Tdi HID headlights, and sets absolutely ZERO ERRORS!! Yep, plug and play. I will NOT lie and say it wasn't a challenge to get them in there through the tight opening, but they fit without modification and I have to use NO RESISTORS or other items to keep my dash error light free! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! Would like to see another design with more 360degree spread for side-loaded projectors. But I would buy again for this application.

Fantastic H7 LED upgrade kit, installed on 2005 MINI Cooper S to replace the halogen H7 DRL/High beam bulbs. The CREE LED bulbs/ballasts fire up fast and look great, a very close match to the stock Xenon low beams in heat color (no more yellow) and very bright even on the DRL low wattage setting. Fit and finish is top notch, very high build and material quality. Worth every penny and more.The ballasts are quite compact and were easily hidden inside the headlight housing, along with very simple and straightforward installation that plugs directly into the H7 wiring plug. Does NOT require any cutting/splicing to install, total installation took 10 minutes. Highly recommended!

At this point this appears to be a great product for us to replace the 24volt H7 bulbs that we use on our off road fire trucks, they run much cooler that the halogen H7 and have a much better white light apposed to the yellow light of the standard H7the heat sinks are sealed better that other ones we have looked at,

These were everything I needed them to be. I did find that in my car, you must shut them off before you shut off the engine. Otherwise they stay dimly lit. May not be true with other cars or trucks. Other then that. No problems what so ever. Very brite white light with just the the faintest hint of light blue.
