Just got the bone yesterday and I was impressed by the sheer size. Haven't given it to the dog (she needs to be very busy tomorrow) and I will post some pics and updates ASAP. So far very happy with the product's looks. UPDATE!!, as I promised, here is an update: the bone DID measure 17 In. as described and just see my dog licking her chops in the second photo. It speaks by itself!!! It did keep her busy for the whole weekend while we conducted a Seminar. Definitely awesome, I have a happy dog and the money was well spent. As soon as she "finishes" this one, I will simply buy her another one, and so forth. Thank you, GREAT product!!! As an update to my review!!! The dog has managed to split this bone into 3 Pieces... she is a medium-size Husky cross breed, but this dog is BUSY!!! Busy Dog - Happy Dog - owners peaceful...

I ordered the 3-pack of the large size bones about a month ago. They were larger than I expected, which I was very pleased with, because I have 3 pitbulls. Having 3 large putbulls, I could have even bought the medium bones. These bones had plenty of skin on the outside that kept the dogs busy for hours, and were full of marrow to keep them busy there after. Even weeks later, after they licked the platter clean, the bones continually keep them busy. They dont shatter or break easily, and if a little piece comes off they can eat and digest it. I'll definitely buy these again! The picture I attached is after almost a month of aggressively chewing fun with these!

My weirdo Husky does not like toys and he and his little Maltese brother completely ignore each other throughout the day. I hate thinking about him bored all day while we are at work so I’ve been looking for something to keep him busy.These bones are the best. If you know huskies, you know they can be destructive. Treats and bones are usually devoured in minutes. These he can chew on for weeks before he quits, presumably from lack of flavor. It holds up to his chewing and he doesn’t end up breaking it apart and eating it, which has been a problem in the past. These are great and affordable. I subscribed to get a pack every other month and I am so glad my pup finally has something he loves that will stick around for more than a few bites.

My dogs lovedddd these bones! They are much larger than I expected, and shrink wrapped upon arrival. My dogs have had these for just over a month now and they are still going strong. Some small pieces on the ends have broken off (I have VERY strong chewers), so I definitely recommend supervising your pups. I only gave these 4 stars because they are so messy. As soon as you open them, flakes of residue on the outside of the bone start to fall off. Of course the dogs aren’t complaining... they love it! Just make sure to not let them chew these in an area you care about messes/stains.

My two dogs (8-month-old lab/golden retriever mixes) love these bones. Great value for the money. They've had them a week now and the bone part is still going strong. The knob/joint parts at the ends came off, but I actually am glad for that because I'm able to keep the bone portion in their crates and give them the joint ends to chew on while they're out and about in the house. This is very good value for the money, especially considering that most other things I bought for them only lasted 2-3 days, and I'm expecting another two weeks at least out of these bones.

I purchased this dog bone because I have a large boxer who likes to chew on everything. Everything from paper towels to the couch has been ruined, and his favorite thing to chew on is underwear. Pervert. I said to myself "look at this giant bone, he'll love this and leave other stuff alone" great thought. What I did not realize at the time was the weight of this giant bone and the capacity to crush ones foot and wreak havoc wherever it went. Once the bone arrived I realized not only was this a giant heavy bone, but also that my dog was big enough to run frantically around the house with joy and jumping on the couch. I nearly suffered a concussion at the hands of this bone. I now feel the need to purchase steel toe boots to wear in the house. This is by far the most dangerous dog product in existence.

My lab loves these. He was rescued at age 3 and never learned to like toys. Only thing he likes is bones. He is now 7. Been buying these bones over 4 years.These were amazing, until they weren’t. They used to be around $3 per bone vs $6.And they used to never splinter. Starting in 2020 though, several started splintering shortly after he started chewing.While I always supervised him, I now have to literally not take my eyes off of him while he chews on a new bone so I can take it away if it starts splintering.Id pay the $6 per bone if they went back to never splintering. Thankfully, we still had a few old ones laying around and Ive started filling them with peanut butter and freezing for him.

This is an excellent bone! My Belgian Malinois loves it, finally a bone he cant demolish in an hour. This bone unfortunately did come apart right away in the mail, however it only left two other larger ends that he could savor longer. Rest assured this bone is fully digestible. As a former raw feeder I can attest, white poo is a great sign of this bones digestibility! This bone is great for keeping teeth clean and has valuable nutrients that would be normally missing from your dogs diet.This is a great choice for larger heavy chewer dog breeds. I would fear anything with less powerful jaws or size will become board after the coating comes off for not having the strength to chew the bone enough to get to the yummy marrow. I would definitely recommend feeding this outside or in a crate, it is very messy in the beginning but once the smoked coating gets enjoyed off the bone, it becomes much cleaner, though still in some parts greasy from the marrow.
