I have many pairs of this brand. this one is not as comfortable as others. they are a little scratchy around the strap. I don't know why

Sizing is a problem
The shoe is a nice looking shoe, but the size runs small. I have never had problems with all the Orthaheels I have bought over the years (I own approximately 10 pairs) They are wonderful shoes and when they start to look bad I take them for house shoes.
