Cant find the bulb to replace...
Bought this a few months ago, and see in an above question someone asked the seller, and was told to look up the name "sicz020" I did so, and most websites list it as discontinued.I hope to find one soon, as I now have a three month old filter that was working great, till the bulb stopped working at three months and an algea bloom has taken over.May end up being a 400 dollar piece of trash.

always comes broken
great filter, the only problem is they always got damaged during shipping. Amazon made no attempt to even try to protect it during shipping, 3 broken filters later I decided to order from a different website and finally got a working one.

Execelent filter
Does an excellent job. Had a Oase before and this is far superior. The difference is the 12UV, easy to backwash as well

Sicce is a terrible company that will not help you
Sicce does not support its products. The Green Reset sounds great, in theory, but it is poorly made and the company virtually ignores you when you ask for support.Buyer beware.
