Bought this product feeling a tad sceptical. However, followed the instructions and used the belt on alternate days for about three weeks. It’s very cold and leaves your skin very red after use. The massage but was a little uncomfortable until the skin warmed up but fine after that. The massage is very important as it’s this that breaks down your frozen fat. I used a firming body oil which was great as it treated the skin as well as making the massage easier. I tried to drink extra everyday to flush out dead fat. It’s quite time consuming and needs commitment but...... I saw results!!I noticed a change within a couple of weeks albeit small. My belly area looked flatter and the skin looked tightened (firming oil)The big change appeared about 3 months later. I could quite visibly see that my problem area had decreased and I’d lost that flabby belly. I’m not a big or overweight person but I did have a flabby belly that just wouldn’t shift for love nor money. I’d read about this process and wanted to give it a go but salon prices were out of my budget! Researched this product and gave it a go. It can be reused over and over if you need it.Downside.... it’s quite difficult to actually wrap the loaded belt around your middle. I got my partner to tighten it up whilst I held it in place and you have to keep relatively still as it does move if you move and the aim is to keep it secure in the position on top of the area you are treating. Great value for money but you need commitment and patience!

BELT...and ICE PACKSA bit of a dumb purchase but I was able to get a refund through the money back guarantee which the seller was kind enough to do. The product is trash, the star is for the seller.The only thing i liked was the massager which i feel helped with my stretchmarks

Ice packs stopped working and did not notice any real difference

Not worth the money. I’ve used these in the past with no success. I then found a company called www.fatfreezingbelts.com not only are they cheaper but they work. I’ve lost 4 inches from my waist in 30 days.

So this is basically a pouch with 3 packs of gel you put in the freezer.... all that for £200? If I had known I could just have put ice packs in a towel and I would have saved £200!!!
